From the New Adult sensation and New York Times bestselling author of Until You

Madoc and Fallon. Two estranged teenagers playing games that push the boundaries between love and war…

She’s back.

For the three years she’s been away at boarding school, there was no word from her. Back when we lived in the same house, she used to cut me down during the day and then leave her door open for me at night.

I was stupid then, but now I’m ready to beat her at her own game…

I’m back.

Three years and I can tell he still wants me, even if he acts like he’s better than me.

But I won’t be scared away. Or pushed down. I’ll call his bluff and fight back. That’s what he wants, right? As long as I keep my guard up, he’ll never know how much he affects me….

You know what?” He narrowed his eyes, speaking up before I got a chance. “You can go to hell, Fallon. I was sixteen, too. I was a virgin, same as you. You were all over me, too, and you know it. I didn’t force you! You didn’t have to go and complain to our parents. Jesus Christ!”
By that point he was breathing hard. “They treated me like I was pressuring you or some shit!” he shouted, throwing his hand out into the air. “You told them that I was forcing you?”
Madoc, I…”
What the fuck was he talking about? My breath, my hands, my knees—everything was shaking.
Screw you, Fallon,” he cut me off, getting angrier. “All you had to do was say something. I would’ve left you alone, but I thought…”
He trailed off, looking at the ground, looking too disgusted to speak with his pursed lips.
The air in my lungs was gone. What the hell!

"Fallon. Wipe the drool, baby. We're getting under the sheets later. Don't worry.”

~this review may contain minor spoilers~

Madoc was designer. I was Target. He was Godiva. I was Snickers. And as far as he was concerned, he was entitled, and I was the freeloading daughter of the gold-digging whore who had snagged his father. Madoc thought I was dirt beneath his shoe. Screw him.

By day, Madoc and Fallon are enemies, rivals of the worst kind. They don't get along, they don't like each other, they have nothing in common other than the fact that their parents are married; they can't even be in each others presence without going to war. But at night, everything changes and they turn into people they hardly recognize, learning each other more intimately than any others. They both spend their days looking forward to their nights... until one day, Madoc wakes up and Fallon is gone. Just gone. No note, No calls, No idea where she is headed, nothing-for more than two years. But now she is back and the games are on.

Madoc still hates Fallon and refuses to let her see how much she hurt him by disappearing, will not allow her to think she had any affect on him at all, has absolutely no desire to show her how very much he still wants her, or ever let her know how much he has missed her or thought about her through the years...

Fallon hates Madoc more now than ever and refuses to let him see how devastated she was when she left, will not allow him to see how very much he still turns her on, cannot grasp the concept that maybe he is not as bad of a person as she thought, and will absolutely not let him ruin the plans she has. A war is brewing and their Rivalry is about to explode to all new levels of destruction leaving everyone wondering what the hell is going on and who will survive the fallout.

You don't own me.”
“Yeah. Been there. Done that. Got the T-shirt. Thanks.”
“Get out,” she ordered, her tone hard.
The thing is Fallon... I told you before to lock the door if you wanted me to stay out. Funny thing is... You. Never. Did.”

I fell hard and fast for Madoc way back when I read Bully, hell I even forgave him long before I did Jared, so I was over-the-moon to see him get his own story, Facebook stalking every chance I got for some teasers. I never expected his journey to be an even rougher road than Jared and Tate's, but was it ever. I have to admit, it took me a long ass time to warm up to Fallon; she pissed me off even more than Jared had and that was a feat unto itself. Even after I started to fall in love with her, she would do or say something that sent me into a rage; not that Madoc was a saint- that boy would spout off without thought around her, they just had that crazy effect on each other. But you could never deny their chemistry and hoped like mad that they could just get their heads outta their asses long enough to stop hurting each other and move on with their lives. I almost forgot how insane things got around this group of people....almost. It was awesome being back in their lives, I seriously cannot get enough! Jared and Tate were friggin hilarious with their antics, Jax was... yeah, I am very much looking forward to his book- we got to spend a lot more time with him here but there is clearly still so much we have yet to uncover. I'm not entirely sure how I feel yet about his obsession with KC, I have made it no secret that I do not like the girl; she obliterated the 'Best Friend' code in Bully and I kinda lost any respect I had for her, so we'll see. In the end, Madoc and Fallon stole the show with this one... and my heart... and definitely my sanity. Penelope Douglas cemented her spot on my 'One-Click Addiction List' a looonnnggg time ago with her somewhat violent, and whole lotta crazy characters that you will find impossible not to love. She will forever remain on my fav's list and I for one am dying to see what she brings us next. Plus, it you ever need any tips on what to do in the Zombie Apocalypse, just check out her FB page- so BONUS ;)

Standing up, I clenched my teeth, looking down at that beautiful body. That beautiful girl that hated me, and I hated her, but- goddamn it- I loved how we hated, because it was raw and real. It didn't make any sense, but yeah- it was real.
