On My Knees by Meredith Wild (NO SPOILERS!)
I have heard nothing but wonderful things about author Meredith Wild so when the opportunity arose for me to review her book, I jumped on it. I knew by the many comments before that Meredith's style of writing would be intriguing as well as sexy and boy was I right. As much as I would like to gush about the whole book, I do not give any spoilers just my experience when reading the book.
In life we are faced with many decisions some we can live with others not so much but what do you do when a decision you made changes the course of your future forever? This book plays on that very topic and it's emotionally gripping but a story about true love. There are sacrifices we as individuals lay on our shoulders in helping others but sometimes those choices could truly be the worse mistakes of our lives. Meredith's ability to create the scenes from of an intense love to heart shattering devastation is spot on but moreover her ability to be apart of the characters self destruction. I can honestly say that I related to the characters because she was able to write them unbelievably well and you couldn't help but go through the motions with the characters. Overall the story deals with real life issues but also the selflessness of the hero in the story. He is truly amazing and a drool worthy character.
I truly enjoyed my overall experience reading this book and highly recommend it.
